Requests for service which must be filled while we are on call will incur an additional $10 charge per day for each date placed and  requested to be filled while on call.  

** Corporate childcare and elder care is available to employees of companies that  provide Back Up childcare as part of their benefits package. Check with your company's human resources office to see if your company provides this benefit.
